1.TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 KENA (Treco OÜ) offers you an online purchasing service which allows you to purchase a selection of the items available at our store from your computer . E-shop: www.kenabrand.com
1.1.1 These Terms and Conditions are applied between KENA brand owner Treco OÜ, registry code 12792182 („Seller“, „us“, „we“ or „our“) and the person (Customer) who uses the www.kenabrand.com website.
1.2 In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the legal relationships induced by marketing products via the KENA e-store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 KENA may change any part of the e-shop Terms and Condition and the prices of products.We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will be posted in the e-shop environment. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.
2.MAKING AN ORDER
2.1 KENA(Treco OÜ) and Customer sales agreement is considered final when the payment has been made to the account of Treco OÜ.
3.1 The prices do not include VAT
3.2 KENA e-store prices are in euros and valid till the payment is made on time.
3.3 In addition to the product price the costs of packaging will be included.
3.4 The Seller has the right to make interim price adjustments.
4. PICTURES OF PRODUCTS
4.1Seller has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that every computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
4.2 Product pictures have illustrative meaning.
4.3 We do everything that’s possible to ensure that product information is regularly checked and improved. The data may have changed from time to time.
5.MAKING AN ORDER
5.1 Customers do not need to register as a user to buy from KENA e-shop.
5.2 Customer can make an order by adding product(s) in the shopping basket. Customer can change the quantity, size and colour of product(s). After choosing product(s) the cstomer should click on buy button to submit an order.
5.3 To proceed the checkout Customer should choose the delivery option. Then the bank tranfer payment option is shown. After choosing a delivery option, Customer should fill in personal information.
5.4 The sales agreement is considered final when the payment has been made to the account of KENA (Treco OÜ).
5.5 After ordering Customer will receive an order confirmation and delivery information to his/her e-mail.
6.PAYING FOR THE PRODUCTS
6.1 In KENA e-shop Customer should pay 100% in advance for making the purchases.
6.2 Payments can be made as bank transfer

6.3 We are not responsible for any actions/ transactions that are made in connection with any third-party websites.
6.4 All personal information connected to purchases are considered confidential. Seller has no access to bank information. Encrypted communication channels with banks guarantee the safety of personal and banking data.
6.5 Customer will receive an confirming receipt with the order.
6.5 If Customer won’t make the payment in 3 days, we will treat the order as cancelled.
7. HANDLING THE ORDER
7.1 KENA products are made to an order;
7.2 After we receive the full payment from Customer, we will begin reviewing the order.
7.3 Products handling time is 1-2 weeks.
8.1 Making an order from KENA e-shop the Customer can choose the delivery between Omniva courier and Itella SmartPost parcel terminal in Estonia and to Finland . Omniva courier 15 eur, parcel terminal in Estonia 3 eur and parcel terminal to Finland 9 eur;
8.2 Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days (in Estonia) and 10 to 21 business days to abroad.
8.3 To all other international deliveries around the world we use parcel delivery service by Omniva as for standard parcels. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.
9. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
9.1 The Customer has right to return the goods within 14 business days; Before returning the product(s), the Customer has to notice KENA via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for the returning application.
9.2 To return the product(s) it must be in an unused condition and include all labels and other documents included in the parcel. Proof of purchase and shipping is required.
9.3 To refund the product(s) it must be returned in its original state and in original packaging.
9.4 The Customer must pay all the returning expences
9.5 If a Customer notices product non-conformity or defects, they must immediately notify KENA (via e-mail email@example.com).
9.6 The Customer has 14 days to return the faulty product.The correct product will be posted as soon as possible after the faulty product has been returned to Seller. The shipping costs will be paid by KENA in the case of faulty or wrong products(s).
9.7 Seller will return the money as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after the product arrives to KENA. The money will be refunded to the same bank account it was paid from.
9.8 KENA( Treco OÜ) will take responsibility for product non-conformity and defects
9.9 KENA (Treco OÜ) will not take responsibility in the following cases:
9.9.1 Customer has damaged the product;
9.9.2 Shortcomings that have appeared due to wrong usage of the product;
9.9.3 Failure to follow care instructions;
9.9.4 The product has physically worn off due to normal usage.
10.1 All personal information connected to purchases are considered confidential. Seller has no access to customer bank information.
10.2 Customer´s submission of personal information through the KENA e-store is governed by Treco OÜ (12792182 ).
11. OTHER TERMS
11.1 Seller has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement and not to deliver the ordered products or provide the promised services in the following cases:
11.1.1 Seller reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time;
11.1.2 The product cannot be made to an order;
11.1.3 The product price or information has been displayed incorrectly due to a system error.
11.2 Any disagreements between Customer and Seller will be solved by negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the Customer may seek protection of their rights from the Consumer Claims Commission via the Consumer Protection Board. Any disputes will be settled according to the law of the Republic of Estonia.
12. CHANGING THE TERMS
12.1 KENA (Treco OÜ) has right to change information, product prices and availability without advance notice.
